ABSTRAK

Penelitian bertujuan untuk membahas model pengembangan inkubator wirausaha sosial di Bogor. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten dan Kota Bogor dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan primer meng-gunakan wawancara terstruktur kepada 100 pelaku usaha mikro kecil, pengamatan, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pengembangan inkubator wirausaha sosial didekati dengan metode sustainable business pada aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Penumbuhan usaha dan bisnis masyarakat dalam proses pengentasan kemiskinan melalui inkubator wirausaha sosial dipengaruhi oleh variabel motivasi, pengalaman usaha, manfaat bagi masyarakat, pemilikan aset, akses sumber bahan baku, pemupukan modal, jaringan pemasaran, dan penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Tipologi pengembangan usaha dan bisnis masyarakat melalui inkubator wirausaha sosial di posdaya mayoritas tergolong sedang (menengah). Penumbuhan wirausaha berdampak signifikan terhadap hampir seluruh indikator sosial ekonomi responden, sehingga tingkat kesejahteraan responden semakin meningkat. Namun penumbuhan wirausaha dampaknya masih terbatas terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru dan perijinan usaha.

This study aims at discussing the development model of social entrepreneurship incubator in Bogor. The research was conducted in Regency and City of Bogor with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The data used secondary data and primary data using a structured interview to 100 micro small businesses, observation, and focus group discussions. The results showed that the model of development of social entrepreneurship incubator approached with sustainable methods of business on social, economic, and environmental. Business growth and the business community in the process of poverty alleviation through social entrepreneurship incubator is influenced by variables motivation, business experience, benefits to the community, ownership of assets, access to sources of raw materials, capital accumulation, network marketing, and new entrepreneurial growth. Tipologi business development and the business community through social entrepreneurship incubator in posdaya majority classified as medium. Growth entrepreneurial significant impact on almost all socio-economic indicators of the respondents, thus increasing the level of welfare of respondents. But the entrepreneurial growth impact is still limited to the growth of new entrepreneurs and business licensing.
